By engaging MicroSaaS Services LLC ("we", "us") for a project, or by using this website, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or engage our services.
Services
MicroSaaS Services LLC provides custom software development, AI automation, SaaS development, business process automation, internal tools, API integrations, and cloud infrastructure services on a project basis.
Engagement and Scope
Most projects begin with a fixed-scope proposal covering timeline, deliverables, and cost, agreed in writing before work begins. Changes to scope after a proposal is accepted are handled through a separate written change order.
Ownership and Intellectual Property
You own all source code, infrastructure accounts, and intellectual property created for your project upon full payment. Nothing is licensed back to us, and nothing is locked to accounts we control.
Payment Terms
Fixed-scope projects are billed according to the schedule in the signed proposal, typically a deposit before work begins and a final payment at delivery. Ongoing work is billed monthly in arrears based on actual engineering capacity used.
Confidentiality
We treat all project details, business information, and materials you share with us as confidential, and we do not disclose them to third parties without your permission.
Limitation of Liability
MicroSaaS Services LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of software we build. Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to engage our services after changes means you accept the revised terms.
